30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work at Paws & Pockets, operated by Huntington Enterprises, LLC.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of the day your item was delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and free of pet hair, and must be in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@pawsandpockets.store or call or text +1 (657) 215-9295, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions.

Items mailed back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You pay the cost of return shipping, except when we sent the wrong item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we cannot refund items that are lost on the way back to us.

4. Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened pet treats and food. Items clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase are also not returnable, except where required by law.

5. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Wrong item: If we sent you the wrong item, email us your order number and a photo of what you received. We will cover return shipping and refund the original shipping fee.

Damaged item: Damage during delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please take photos, keep all packaging, and file a claim with the carrier. You are also welcome to email us and we will help however we can.

Defective item: If an item is defective and was not damaged in delivery, contact us within the 30-day return window and we will review it under this policy.

6. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return and approve it, we will refund the item price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
