Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days under a strict daily cutoff threshold enforced at 12:00 PM PST. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, and tracking information (where available) will be provided. Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We offer a strict 30-day return window for pet products purchased from our online store. You have 30 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking information to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened food, treats, litter products, or other items marked as final sale, except where required by law.
